I am Brittany Woodard, creator of Brittany Woodard BLISS. I started Home Yoga Sessions because I believe that you don't need to enroll in an expensive teacher training course to deepen your yoga practice. After 900+ hours of Yoga Alliance trainings, countless hours of workshops and retreats, I have compiled all of the necessary information needed to compose a personal home yoga practice for every individual. I am incredibly passionate about bringing the benefits of having a consistent yoga practice to my fellow curious yogis in an easy and informative way.
